Match Report - 14 Aug 2009, Swale United Football Club First Team drew with Canary Wharf XI
Swale snatch a draw from the jaws of victory following an under strength display here at the David Beckham Academy. Following the match we grabbed a word with Kev Little, First Team Assistant Manager:
"Despite the result we still learnt things this evening, both Kevin and I are dissappointed with the results however we have tomorrows game to put things right."
"The second half perfomance was far better than the first but we cannot continue to give teams a two goal lead. We know that the team was under strength and I am happy that in tomorrows game against Fleetdown FC we will put things right."
Thanks Kev, Just a quick reminder to all involved with the club that the First team and Reserves shall be playing tomorrow at Sittingbourne Community College kick offs 2pm and 4pm respectively.
