Match Report - 17 Oct 2009, Swale United Football Club First Team beat University of Kent FC
Swale win through in Les Leckie Cup against Division 1 East Uiversity of Kent FC with club captain Dave Stacey completing his second hatrick in consecutive weeks.
After the win we grabbed a quick word with Assistant Manager Kevin Little:
"Today we have beaten higher league opposition having rested 4 first team regulars and I think that is testament to how far the team have come. Both Kev and I asked the players to show us why they should be in the first team and I am pleased to say everyone did not dissappoint."
"From Aaron Armstrong in goal through to Dave Stacey up top the lads performed well and have caused Hakey and I a real selection headache for next Saturdays away game against Lydd Town FC."
